Write-A-Billboard is a Flash app created to promote the "With Love" campaign and the city of Philadelphia. The winner had their billboard posted up on I-95. The contest portion of the campaign lasted three weeks and received around 3000 submissions. Write-A-Billboard lives on as a tool for Philly fans to share the love (just for fun). The client moderates and updates the application through a simple CMS.
